Why my laptop won't turn on without charger?

I've tried several options, but I can't get my laptop to work without the charger.

here's the battery report made by windows.

Windows for home | Windows 10 | Sleep and Power on, off

    Looks like the battery is detected - which means the driver is working to help Windows recognize it.. but it is not charging. I am sorry, I am afraid you will have to contact Dell or local repair shop.. or get a battery replacement in this case.

    I just installed Dell Power Management. This is what it says. Not sure what it means but I'm afraid is the battery

    Do you have the Dell Power Management installed on your device? Does that app provide any insight? I am afraid this is not a software issue at this point.

    I've already tried the uninstalling Microsoft ACPI Compliant Control Method Battery, but only that one, and it didn't work

    Hello John, this is Emily.

    Based on the information you provided, it can be either hardware or software related.

    Have you tried reinstalling the battery driver? You can do so via Device Manager > Battery, go ahead and uninstall both and restart.

    If that doesn't help, I honestly think this can be a case of battery running out of its life cycle or is faulty.
