How Do I remove my fps cap on windows 11?

Whenever I add an fps unlocker for a game, It Goes 60. And it doesn't go higher than that. How can I remove my fps limit?

    Do you have a graphic card? Do you have the latest driver installed?

    You can check if the Optimizations for windowed games option is turned on in Windows by following these steps:

    Right click your desktop and select Display settings.

    Scroll to the bottom to the Graphics section under Related settings.

    Select Change default graphics settings.
