I didn't update the BIOS but I found the solution.
I updated the Audio Driver on the Realtek Speakers instead of putting Audio Endpoint I updated it for Generic Software Device and finally worked. I hope this can help someone.

I have been trying to fix the issue for a while. I tried all the recommendations I found in the community nothing worked.
I bought this computer specially to use for video conferences, but I couldn't use it yet. Every time I tried to use it on video conference, I have problems with the sound. If I am listening to music on Youtube and open a video call app like Zoom or Whatsapp immediately the sound from Youtube is muted but continues playing. I need to be able to share music and videos during the calls.
Things I tried
I shared the screen and selected the option to share audio;
I already did all troubleshooting on audio, microphone and video playback
Uninstall and Install and update drivers
Disable the option audio enhance
Reseted the Bios
Reseted the Windows

It is saying the last version of Bios is 03/14/22 this the model of my computer Acer Aspire A515-56
Model Name: A515-56-32DK
I am not trying to use headphones. Trying to use the computer only
If it helps running tests I noticed everything works fine until I allow the app of video calls to use computer sound and them the problems with sound starts.
Can you try updating your BIOS? Check your device manufacturer's website and see if there's a new BIOS you can install on that computer. You can check your BIOS version in "System Information" under "BIOS version/date".
Also, you are using wired headphones, correct? If you're not, any way you can test it with wired headphone/headset?
Thanks,
Hi thanks for answering me. I tested on other platforms and is playing but the sound gets distorted, with noises, and stopping. I also have output sound problem during the calls. The sound starts to disappear, and I can't hear my clients. Also, in communications I set that option to do nothing but continues with the same problem.

Is it browser specific?
Is this only happening with youtube? Have you tried playing a video from other streaming platforms like twitch? Do you get the same result?
Best Regards,
