Hi, I’m Nicole, I’ll be happy to help you out today.

Nope, you can't directly delete that folder since that is an integral part of the Windows operating system in which temporary files are stored. However, you can delete all items inside the folder since they are temporary files only.

You can use the disk cleanup utility of Windows to free up some space.

Right-click on Local Disk C then click properties.

    Next, click disk cleanup.

    Next, clean up system files.

Next, check all items that consume space there then click ok to start the disk cleanup.

After the disk cleanup, you should have free some space on your drive.

    Regards.

What is the max capacity of your drive? Also, are you using only one drive on your system?

You can upload files using Cloud services like OneDrive, Google Drive, iCloud, etc. so you can delete the copy of that file from your physical drive to free some space.

From what I see, you might be using a laptop with Flash memory only usually with 32gb - 64gb space only. For this model of laptop, it is recommended that you have an external drive in which you can save your files there.

    Thanks Nicole

I have tried as you suggested but this didn't give me sufficient space. Under Settings\Storage, I have fully utilised the Local disk to the point now where I cannot open Outlook or copy/move file from File explorer to a separate hard drive as there isn't enough disk space. Any other suggestions?

    Tracey
