Here is the screenshot of my pc info that you asked for.
PS5 Controller (duelsense 5) not showing up
Only showing as wireless controller under audio in setting, but it is no where to find under device manager, nor other programs like Steam or any other place. I have tried new cables and restarting the controller and pc, but it is still nowhere to be found.

2023-02-14T02:09:40+00:00 Thanks for reaching out. My name is, Zadee. I'm an Independent Advisor and a Microsoft user like you. I'll be glad to help you today.
To be sure that there's no 3rd party app is messing with the connection, for testing purposes create a new local user profile on your computer. Switch to it and test it there and see if it gives you the same results.
You should be able to create the profile under,
> Settings
> Account
> Other users
> under Other users click Add account
> I don't have this person sign in info
> Add user without a MS account.
Then just fill up the fields to name the test account, and follow the process to finish creating the account.
If it's the same, I suggest testing this controller as well with a different device. If you get the same results with your that other computer, then the problem must be the controller itself.
Best Regards,
