I cannot detect my second monitor

After new update Im not able to detect my second monitor. Did check all the needed stuff and still cannot detect it.

Windows for home | Windows 11 | Settings

    Hi Lukasz,

    This is Tamal trying to answer your question.

    Check in device manager right clicking on start>go to view>show hidden devices>now expand the list & look for monitors. If you see some monitor in Light blue shade or grey right click on them>uninstall. Restart the PC.

    Also check the display adapter section>expand it. it should not be Microsoft generic display adapter instead that should be intel, AMD or Nvidia display adapter.

    Welcome Lukasz, hope you restarted the PC afterwards,

    Next thing you can do, go to windows update page>advanced>optional updates. Install updates present there.

    It could be hardware issue as well, coincidentally the update & hardware issue occurred at the same time & you thought it was the hardware caused the issue. May change the cable side (PC side to the monitor & vice versa) or use a different cable if you have in stock.

    Even if the issue persists, uninstall the intel driver & restart the PC.

    Hi Tamal,

    I did as you have written, uninstalled the monitor coz it was actually in light blue but now I still cannot detect it. It also doesnt show when I just plug it in.

    And yes Display adapter section is Intel
