I updated windows 10 to windows 10 pro. Is it free?

Now it says Windows is activated with a digital license to your Microsoft account. Do I need to pay money then?

When I installed windows I  clicked "I don't have a product key,"

    That suggests the computer had a Pro licence registered again it already. If that is so then you don't have to pay anything.

    To be sure open PowerShell (Admin) and enter slmgr /dlv [press return] post a screenshot of the result.

    Yes that's it. That verifies you have a valid licence for Windows 10 on that computer, you don't need to anything else.
