Login to organization on microsoft site with email on GMAIL

I got an app which use Microsoft oAuth to login and authorize user to be able to do something more. I found organization names from app, and for now I want try login to this acount on microsoft website (to check if I can change password or change method of 2FA to other), but when I change to "Login to organization" and type my login (which is xxx@Stuff .com) I got
redirected to live.com login. If I use msafed=1, then I got "you can't sign in here with a personal account. use your work or school account instead.". Any other ideas?

    Hi @Kacper Modelski , if I understand correctly, you created an app where you want to sign in using a gmail account? Have you added Google as an identity provider?
