Hello, I'm Felipe and I'm an independent Community Expert, and I'll do my best to help you.

It sounds like you're encountering a common issue with the Microsoft Visual C++ runtime and the game you're trying to play.

It's possible that you have an outdated version of the C++ runtime installed, or that you need to install both the x86 and x64 versions.

Here are some steps you can try to resolve this issue:

Uninstall any existing Microsoft Visual C++ runtime components: Go to Control Panel > Programs and Features, and look for "Microsoft Visual C++" in the list of installed programs. Uninstall any instances of it.

Reinstall the Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2022 redistributable (x86 and x64): You can download the latest version of the redistributable package from the Microsoft website. Make sure to install both the x86 and x64 versions, even if you're running a 64-bit version of Windows.

Restart your computer: This will ensure that any changes made during the installation process take effect.

    Try launching the game again.

If you continue to encounter issues, you may want to contact the game's technical support or the Microsoft Visual C++ team for further assistance.

Hi thanks for that I did all of that only issue is it won't let me download the x64 version. It tells me "The older version of Microsoft Visual C++ 2022 X64 Minimum Runtime- 14.34.31931 cannot be removed. Contact your technical support group" Even though I downloaded the 17.4 one? So I am not sure what to do then on. I have the x86 2015-2022 and removed any old C++ then restarted my pc but still won't allow me to get the x64.
