Hey! Did you end up figuring this out? I have the same exact build, with the exception of our GPUs and Storage devices!
New Ryzen 7000 build crashing and rebooting every 8-12 hours
New Ryzen 7000 build
Ryzen 9 7900X
32GB G.Skill DDR5 Flare X5 (AMD Expo)
ASRock B650E PG Riptide Wifi
PNY RTX 4070 Ti
All M.2 slots filled
Sabrent Rocket 4.0 Plus 1TB (boot)
WD Black SN770 2TB
WD Blue SATA M.2 2TB
2 14TB Seagate Exos
I have updated all drivers
I have updated the BIOS (3/3/23)
I have reinstalled the chipset drivers
It looks as if the MS storahci.sys is the issue but I don't know of a way to update that

2023-03-15T01:56:51+00:00 I am running through all of the above steps doing one every evening so it might take a few days to get through everything.
So far sfc /scannow and removal of external devices have yielded no positive results.

Windows has a feature that allows users to scan for corruptions in Windows system files and restore corrupted files. I have enclosed the directions below. You can cut and paste the code.
- Type CMD in the search box. Do not hit enter.
- select Run as Administrator then hit enter.
- Then type without the quotes. "DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth" and hit enter.
On the same page run these two scans below.
sfc /scannow
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Best Wishes,
Cindy

2023-03-13T22:59:29+00:00 Hi mtxguy74. I am Jacob. I am here to help you with this issue. Let’s get started. From my analysis, it looks like a driver has failed to complete a power IRP within a specific time, causing a DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE code. Here is a fix I found:
https://softwarekeep.com/help-center/what-is-driver-power-state-failure-in-windows-and-how-to-fix-it
Hope it helps
