Please try these methods, Andrew.
- On your system tray, lower right corner, look for OneDrive icon, a cloud icon.
- Righ-click on it and select Exit.
- Press Windows + Q, search for OneDrive, and click to Reopen it.
If the first method does not work. Unlink your MS Account and relink it again.

Lastly, if both methods do not work. Uninstall and reinstall OD.
- Press Windows + R
- Type appwiz.cpl (Enter)
- Look for OD in the list
- Select it and uninstall
- Download OD using the link below, and then reinstall it.
