Hi,
I am R. Cord, Independent Advisor.
I hope you are doing well.
I Could recommend you some fix?
Possible problems:
For first please try to update the driver on devices management
Stop the DVD tray from keeping opening, get into the BIOS and change the order (boot sequence) to let the computer boot from the hard drive before the CD/DVD drive.
This "issue" could be related to a feature on Windows called autoplay, which causes the DVD drive to spin up when certain actions are taken in File Explorer or Quick Access.
Open File Explorer and right-click on your DVD drive.
Select Properties from the context menu.
Click on the AutoPlay tab.
Under General options, select Take no action for all media types.
Apply and then save the changes.
Clean the disc and check for damage: Clean any dust or smudges from the disc with filtered water and a lint free cloth. If there is significant damage to the playing surface, replace the disc. Test several different disc types: Load CDs and DVDs that are known to work in other disc players.
If the error still continues, it is possible that you have a physical malfunction in the reader, only a skilled technician will be able to tell in depth.
I hope it helps you!
Regards,
R. Cord
