You can make sure that Windows is able to sync the time. Its buried in the time settings. But, probably easier to use Windows search then type "clock" and look for or try typing "synchronize" and open it. That will show the last time it was synchronized. If it isn't doing so then the clock would run off.
Otherwise you could try changing the CMOS battery or having it changed and hope that helps.
But, there's other possibilities with the amount of software stuff, bugs, and other things that computers have an overabundance of for many years now. It may not be that easy lol :)
