Hi

Welcome to Microsoft community.

I'm glad to help you.

Stop code ntfs file system is a blue screen code that indicates that your system has a hard disk or boot failure.

Are you currently able to access windows normally? At the same time, you can enter windows RE-mode and run the following command to try the repair first.

First, you need to enter the Windows Recovery Environment (winRE). To do this, you will repeatedly turn your device off, then on:

1. Hold down the power button for 10 seconds to turn off your device.
2. Press the power button again to turn on your device.
3. On the first sign that Windows has started (for example, some devices show the manufacturer’s logo when restarting) hold down the power button for 10 seconds to turn off your device.
4. Press the power button again to turn on your device.
5. When Windows starts again, hold down the power button for 10 seconds to turn off your device.
6. Press the power button again to turn on your device.
7. This time, allow your device to fully start up.
8. Select Advanced options.
9, Choose Troubleshoot > Advanced Options.

10. Select Command Prompt from list of options.

11. When Command Prompt appears, enter the following lines and press Enter after each line in order to run it:

bootrec.exe /rebuildbcd

bootrec.exe /fixmbr

bootrec.exe /fixboot

To perform these commands, you need to know drive letters for all your hard drive partitions. In Command Prompt you should enter the following (but remember to use the letters that match your hard drive partitions on your PC):

chkdsk /r c:

chkdsk /r d:

Restart your computer and check if the issue is resolved.

Disclaimer*: Running* chkdsk can check the file system and file system metadata of a volume for logical and physical errors. To avoid any trouble for you, please follow them step-by-step, do not cancel or interrupt chkdsk, and back up important data. For more information, please refer to this chkdsk article.

If you need more help, please don't hesitate to let me know.

Best regards
