Epson L5190 Scanner Lagging

Can someone please assist me. I have a problem on my Epson L5190 or my windows 10 pc. Whenever I started clicking Windows Fax and Scan, and then click on New Scan my pc just freeze and it won't proceed to scanning. And whenever I also go to Control Panel-Devices and Printers, I can't click on my installed Printer because it just freezes when I click. Please help

    Hi Kazama,

    Uninstall the items shown below, then from the Epson website, download and re-install all drivers and associated software and utilities they provide for your printer/scanner.

    Hi Kazama,

    I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    The drivers on that device may be corrupt, the best option is to completely uninstall the Epson L5190, then restart your PC and then go to the Epson website to download and re-install the device drivers and associated software they provide for the Epson L5190
