Wi-Fi connection drops while playing FIFA 23 on Windows 10 laptop

Hello there!

For the past few weeks, I have been experiencing an issue on my Windows 10 laptop. Whenever I try to play FIFA 23 (the original version), my Wi-Fi connection drops out in the middle of the game. After checking the device manager, I found that it is showing a code 45 error. I have tried several solutions to fix this issue, including reinstalling the Wi-Fi drivers and formatting Windows, but unfortunately, none of them have worked. Could anyone suggest what I can do to resolve this issue? Thank you.

    Hi Deba,

Thank you for letting me know that you have tried the suggested solutions but are still experiencing the issue with your Wi-Fi connection dropping while playing FIFA 23 on your Windows 10 laptop.

One possible cause could be interference from other wireless devices or signals in your area. You can try changing the wireless channel of your router to a less congested channel to see if that resolves the issue. Another option could be to reset the network settings on your laptop to default.

If neither of these solutions works, it may be best to contact your laptop's manufacturer or a professional computer technician for further assistance.

    Best regards,

    John D.

Hi Deba, I'm John D, and I am an independent advisor.

I am sorry to hear about the Wi-Fi connection issue you have been experiencing while playing FIFA 23 on your Windows 10 laptop. To troubleshoot the issue, I would suggest trying the following steps:

    > Check if there are any updates available for the Wi-Fi driver and install them if there are.

    > Temporarily disable any antivirus or firewall software and see if it resolves the issue.

    > Try connecting to a different Wi-Fi network and see if the issue persists.

    > If possible, try using an Ethernet cable to connect to the internet and see if the issue occurs.

If none of these steps work, it may be worthwhile to contact the manufacturer's support team.

I hope this information helps you resolve the issue and get back to enjoying FIFA 23 without any interruptions.

    Best regards,

    John D.
