have set up additional user accounts on Laptop PC - how please do I add a profile picture to the original USER account?

I am Dave, I will help you with this.
Open the Settings App, then go to Accounts - Your Info, can you add a user profile picture there?
If not, if you log into the PC with a Microsoft Account, can you add the profile picture on the link below, then select Add picture or Change picture, then follow the instructions.
