Acer nitro 5 with AMD Ryzen 7/ Windows 11 freezing issues

Windows 11 system has been freezing up several times a day for the last month.  It can jjst be unresponsive and requires a hard reboot.  Problem can occur within a few minutes, or half a day of steady use. Sometimes it just restarts on its own while I am using it. The laptop is only bout 3 months old and this issue has been happening since february after a windows update. I have hard reset my laptop 2 times and I have no seen any improvement.

I am not sure what to do, but I have been seeing this issue happen to others online as well

    May I know when did the issue start? Is there any changes made?

    Have you tried to update or reinstall your graphic driver already?
