Just by way of an example...
Far Cry 3 minimum requirement is Nvidia 8800 GTX, which by current standards, is a very low end graphics card.
Passmark scores -
8800 GTX = 596
Intel HD 4000 = 340
Integrated graphics also have no dedicated VRAM. They use part of your system RAM (approx 1.8GB on your machine)
and some games will not accept system RAM as a stand in for proper VRAM.
The system requirements for FC3 specify a minimum of 512MB VRAM.

According to the system requirements provided by the game manufacturer, you cannot run those games on your PC.
You can install and check. Probably it will run on very low graphics settings and might stutter a lot here and there.
There's a reason why the system requirements are given for a game. For a game to run acceptably, the minimum requirements need to be met, otherwise the game might run but the experience will be sub-standard.
Far cry 3 is completely working fine and smoothly with medium settings(graphics, textures, shadow, quality,reflections).
