How do I remove my user account without resetting my computer?

I am planning on selling my laptop, so I reset it and wiped the drive. Then I realized I needed some specs and I couldn't get at the information on the computer without setting up a user account. Is there a way I can remove that and get back to the first startup screen (where you select a language) without resetting the computer again?

    Hi Jennifer,

Good day! I’m Jhakesong and I'll try to help you today.

If there is currently one user account in the computer, that cannot be removed. What you can do is create a local user account (administrator). Then remove your own user account.

    Create a local user account:

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/cre....

Once that is done, then you can remove your account by going to:

Settings > Accounts > Family and other users > Select your account and click Remove.

Let me know how it goes. Have a great day!

You can enable built-in account such Administrator or Guest in lusrmgr.msc, login, check what you need to check and disable it after all.
