Same results, Speakers and Headphones are still in the same Playback device. Instead of Speakers / Headphones I want it to be Headphones only.
Playback Audio
Instead of having Speakers / Headphones how do I separate it so the Speakers and Headphones becomes its own playback device?

Let's start by reinstalling your audio drivers. Can you share your system info for now? Let's make sure we get the drivers from your device manufacturer's website.
-On your keyboard, press Win + R
-Type: msinfo32, press enter
-Take a screenshot of the System Information, make sure to get the System Model, Baseboard Manufacturer, and Product
-Then upload it here (just drag and drop the image to your reply)
Thank you.

2023-03-11T10:14:15+00:00 To separate your speakers and headphones into their own playback devices on Windows, you can follow these steps:
- Right-click on the volume icon in the taskbar and select "Sounds".
- In the Sounds window, go to the "Playback" tab.
- Right-click on the audio device you want to split (e.g. "Speakers") and select "Properties".
- In the Properties window, go to the "Advanced" tab.
- Under "Default Format", select a format that is compatible with your audio device (e.g. "16 bit, 44100 Hz (CD Quality)").
- Check the box next to "Allow applications to take exclusive control of this device".
- Click "Apply" and then "OK".
- Right-click on the audio device again and select "Configure Speakers".
- Select the appropriate speaker setup (e.g. "Stereo") and click "Next".
- Select the audio device you want to use as your default playback device (e.g. "Speakers") and click "Next".
- Test your audio device by playing sound and verifying that it is playing through the correct device.
Repeat these steps for any additional audio devices you want to split. Once completed, you should see separate playback devices for each audio device in the Sounds window.
