Hi,
I am R. Cord, Independent Advisor.
I hope you are doing well.
understand your frustrations, try to play some game with 3 fps, it's very impossible.
What I can recommend in this scenario?
if you installed the system recently, recommend you check and perform all updates.
Windows Update:
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/upd...
It is possible that your graphic card driver is not working as well.
Try to uninstall your Graphic card using a third party called Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU), I don't like to recommend third partys but in this scenario, DDU helps to uninstall graphics cards from NVIDIA for complete, reboot system after do that, go to Nvidia site, and try automatic driver update:
https://www.nvidia.com/en-gb/geforce/drivers/
