NVIDIA Platform Controllers and Framework error

Hey I could use some help

I have a new laptop that worked completely fine until while ago when it started freezing and crashing, it turned out to be a driver issue that seems to have been fixed now but for some reason there's still an error in device manager at NVIDIA Platform Controllers and Framework error that says: "Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)".

This doesn't let me rest please help if you can

    Please try completely uninstalling your NVIDIA GPU driver using DDU and reinstalling the driver back.

    Hey Zadee

    I Did what you asked and installed the latest driver, with a clean installation through Geforce experience.

    The error in the device manager seemed to have disappeared, and I have not encountered any problems so far.

    Let's try to manually uninstall it instead.

    1. Press Windows + R
    2. Type appwiz.cpl (Enter)
    3. Look for these 2 (image below) in the programs and feature and uninstall them.
    4. Download NVIDIA GeForce exp again from the link provided above

    I am thankful for your willingness to help

    I have a problem with what you're trying to make me do, you see whenever I uninstall my driver the second I boot up after that my windows just instantly downloads its preferred GPU driver on its own. I tried pausing windows updates but it doesn't work, please give some advice as to how I can avoid this.

    Also before this I have did some research and through community advice I turned on core isolation and turned off Intel virtualization technology in my BIOS.

    This seemed to have stopped the freezes I was getting back lately.
