Is RAV Antivirus using too much of my CPU causing some apps to receive a lot of FPS Drops after opening. I tried uninstalling this app using many methods but none of them worked. Please help me uninstall this app.

FRST64 will help remove all RAV's launch points, including services and drivers.
Try RevoUninstaller and remove all traces of the software.
If that doesn't help, download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool (FRST64.exe) from the following link: https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/farbar-recovery-scan-tool/
Run FRST64.exe and click Scan.
Upload the two log files, namely, FRST.txt and Addition.txt.

I even tried. But it didn't work. Also, why doesn't the program show up in the control panel?
