Gaming services completely broken

I'm sure this problem has cropped up countless times, but I've tried every method I can find short of doing a full windows reset. Every time I open the box app my library is empty. Trying to install a new game prompts me to install gaming services. When you click install, the gaming services starts to update within the Microsoft store app, but a few seconds later stops updating and disappears. I've uninstalled and reinstalled both gaming services and the xbox app, used PowerShell commands, and repaired/reset both apps within settings but nothing has fixed the issue. I am on Windows 11.

Hello, I'm Greg, here to help you with this.

There are fixes here for Gaming Services installed but not recognized by Xbox App in Windows 10 and 11:

    https://www.bollyinside.com/articles/fixed-xbox...

https://www.thewindowsclub.com/xbox-app-not-det... (Avoid ad links which intrude into editorial copy, especially DO NOT INSTALL Restoro, PC Repair Tool and Reimage ads)

Thank you so much! The PowerShell command in the description of that video solved my issue. It's a shame it took 3 weeks to figure out and so many other people still have this problem. Thanks again for the assistance.

Have you tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the Xbox app?

One issue is now solved, and gaming services has been successfully downloaded. However, it still appears to be broken, as the xbox app does not recognize it and still does not show my library. It now prompts me to install gaming services again, and clicking download causes gaming services to begin downloading and then disappear within the Microsoft store as before. I think the problem lies with the xbox app, as I've tried every method possible to fix gaming services but each time the xbox app does not recognize that gaming services is installed. This problem has persisted for 2 weeks and will not go away.
