Please type the word printer in the search on the taskbar and open the page.
Do you see the printer listed? If you see the printer listed, click on the tab.
Click on the printer.
Then click on the run tab of the troubleshooter.
While on this page you will what to click on the open queue button and then clear the queue.
See if this fixed the problem.
If you do not see the printer listed, then it has not been installed on the computer, and run follow the directions below. ***

The drivers may have not been installed properly or are corrupted.
Please type the word Device Manager in the search and click enter to open the page.
Scroll down the page and click on the Printer folder. Not the Printer Queque folder.
If you do not see the Printer file, then this indicates the printer drivers are not installed.***
If you see the printer drivers, right-click and uninstall them.
Then restart the computer.
Click to see if the problem has been fixed.

If you do not see the drivers, you will need to download the drivers again. I have attached a link to their driver support page below. Try using the setup and install.
