Open chrome settings and then appearance and set theme to default…works for me and set back to way windows is displayed in my windows theme
Pink highlights on Google Chrome PC
There are pink highlights throughout my Chrome that appeared out of the blue such as a pink border around the search bar, and pink pin icons in the extensions menu. I've tried looking at any possible themes issue but I don't have any installed. I've also checked if it's from an extension but it wasn't either. Does anyone have any suggestions to get rid of it?

This is not really a Window issue, but a Google chrome specific issue.
You can try this:
Put this in the address bar in Google Chrome and hit enter:
chrome://flags/#force-color-profile
Look for "Force color profile".. make sure it is set to default. "Force color" should be default too.
