If does not formatted means, I suspect SD card is corrupted and unreadable.

Hello,
I receive the above error when I try to access my SD card on the pc.
The SD card was working fine, until I moved some music on it.
I have tried some possible solutions found online but none of it work, for example:
I have tried using this command "chkdsk m: /r", didnt work.
I have tried changing the drive letter, didnt work.
I have tried formatting, but nothing happens when I right-click the SD card and choose format.
I have also tried to use the SD card on my laptop, but it does not even get detected
I would appreciate your help on this.
Waiting for your response.
Kind regards

Hi there! My name is, Zadee. I'm an Independent Advisor and a Microsoft user like you. Sorry to hear about your experience.
It looks like you've done everything that I would do in this type of situation. We have to consider that this could be the SD card itself, which just died. But just to be sure, is that a Micro SD that you insert into an SD card reader stick adapter like the one shown below? If yes, make sure it's unlocked.
Also, if you could test your device with other sd cards as well? If it simply reads other sd cards, then the one you are currently using now must be dead.
Thanks for confirming. Can you insert the micro SD card into an android phone? Let's see if the phone reads it. If it does, then it could just be the adapter. You can try this trick shown in this vid, see if that works for you.

Hello Zadee, thank you for your reply!
It is a micro SD card in an adapter. Neither locked or unlocked works.
Unfortunately, I do not have any other sd cards to test my device with.
Can you clarify on the sd card might be "dead"? I got it about two days ago, how can it be "dead" already? I barely used it.
