Desktop 'bleeds' into apps

It doesn't show when i take a screenshot . But like half the icons bleed into the screen when i use apps , even when gaming

    That's a screen burn. It might get fixed over time but not a guarantee, some are permanent marks on the screen. To prevent this in the future, I suggest at least letting the computer turn off the display whenever it is not being used
