Most computers can use Windows 11 in either a supported or unsupported fashion.
An upgrade can be performed in an unsupported fashion.
End users with unsupported upgrades may not benefit from the improvements in performance, security, and reliability.
End users with unsupported upgrades may at any time have problems with updates for Windows 11 or Microsoft Defender.
Each end user must weigh the pros and cons.
These may be some useful links including methods for an unsupported upgrade.
(Backing up files followed by a clean install is an additional method for computers that do not have supported CPU, TPM, Secure boot, etc.)
