The OpenVPN can't be installed

I have Windows 10 x64.

During I install OpenVPN the error appears (See the screenshot).

I tried to install different versions from 2.5.5 to 2.6.0.

I had the same result

Windows for home | Windows 10 | Internet and connectivity

    Hi , IgorVV.

    1. Install Openvpn and set the customize option
    2. Select the Drivers option and disable.
    3. Click next to install all components.
    4. Then access the openvpn\bin folder where it was installed, hold the shift button and right click to open the CMD in the folder.
    5. Run the commands one at a time:

    tapctl create

    tapctl delete DEVICE_ID

    tapctl.exe create --hwid wintun

    1. Then uninstall Openvpn with Revo Uninstall and pay all processes.
    2. Restart your computer and try again to install default OpenVPN.

    I have 21H2 version

    And right now upgraded to 22h2 but the error still appear
