How do I contact level 2 support? I tried chat already and never got a response which was 8 hours ago..

I am trying to activate my windows product that I just bought and it won't let me but every time I contact windows they escalate me to level 2 which never responds. I then have to contact support all over again. Should I just file a dispute with my bank for not receiving the product I paid for and download a pirated copy or is there a chance someone will respond? Thanks

    When you call the number above for Microsoft Office Support, you get a recording that tells you to go online. There is no phone support.

    This is insane, there is no way to get any support from Microsoft, it is literally impossible! I've been looking for an hour. Can you please paste the link to Microsoft Chat Support? Not the general support page with steps, because when I follow those steps, there's still no damn option!!!

    Microsoft doesn't care about customers. I called 3 times for questions about settings installation, none answers. A auto system answers and say for you go online after you call 3 times they identify your phone number and if the automatic prompt is not available for you anymore. We need laws that requires big companies as Microsoft provide customer service with an agent. They don't want to pay people to help people, they got too big and is monopolizing the market, now they sells what the want and how they want and you have no option.

    Now days they have the worse people working on their Chat. It is insane the amount of (S) ignorance that comes out of there.
    I have been dealing with an Outlook Webmail Agenda setting that sends emails at 3am for YEARS. and no one of these amateurs can resolve it.
    And this is the only place that you can remotely track the progress of your Cases. No reply, nor updates. It takes forever to open the software and find the menu that will trigger the Chat after several suggestions to "documents and communities".

    Should have stayed with Linux. :(

    I have had no luck following the online protocol or the various telephone numbers to unblock/reset my Hotmail account. It's all automated and directs me to do the same thing over and over again, but it does not work.

    This is very frustrating and unacceptable, all in one day not being able to access email for business or personal is not good at all. Today is day #6. I need some assistance and not an automatic message or site to visit will suffice.
