Thanks for answering! No I am not trying to create shortcuts for my apps. It’s just that I accidentally dragged WinRAR onto the Malwarebytes icon. It had that blue loading bar for a second. I was wondering if something happened to the Malwarebytes app from dragging another app icon on it. After I did it again but without letting go of the left click, it just said “Open with Malwarebytes.” I was just wondering what that meant and if something actually happened to the malwarebytes app.
What does "Open with 'app name'" mean and do?
Whenever I drag one app icon from my desktop on to another, it always says open with that app name. For example, if I drag WinRAR on Google Chrome, it will say 'Open with Google Chrome.'

2023-03-28T01:02:30+00:00 Hi Jason,
I'm Sumit, here to answer your query at the Microsoft Community. This is by design. For example, if you will drop a PDF into Edge browser icon, it will open the PDF in Edge.
Do you want to create shortcuts of the apps, the reason why you are dragging the icons on the top of one another?

Thank you again.
