Hello everyone.

I have a designer mouse and when I try to connect it with my laptop it will not connect, the states will be paired but I couldn't use it, it was working with the same device, but I tried to connect it to another on and failed my original.

when I paired again it would show a white light on the top for around 10S and despaired.

can anyone help with this issue?

    Hi Ibrahim,

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

I'm Hahn and I'm here to help you with your concern.

According to your description, I suggest you try the following methods.

Remove the mouse from your list of paired devices and try pairing it again. Push and hold the power on button for 5+ seconds on the bottom of the mouse, until the blue light begins flashing. Then access the ‘add Bluetooth device’ and it should be there.

Run the troubleshooter for Bluetooth problems on your laptop. Select the Start button, then select Settings > Update & security > Troubleshoot. Under Find and fix other problems, select Bluetooth > Run the troubleshooter.

Go to the official website of the manufacturer of the designer mouse you are using to download the corresponding driver and try to see if you can link it.

If there is anything not clear, please do not hesitate to let me know.

    Your Sincerely
