    Hi zefiriu,

I'm Dyari. Thanks for reaching out. I will be happy to assist you in this regard.

If your computer has been upgraded to Windows 11 from Windows 10, you are able to downgrade it within 10 days without losing any data and installed app.

Otherwise, you should perform a clean install.

Since your computer came preinstalled with Windows 11, it is best to back up your data, then perform a clean install.

Please back up your important data first, and then follow the instructions provided in the link below:

    https://www.kapilarya.com/steps-to-make-clean-i...

Since your cousin has the same computer running Windows 10, it means your computer supports Windows 10.

Regarding Windows activation, since your computer came preinstalled with Windows 11 genuine key, you should not have any problem with it. The Windows should be activated automatically.

Please feel free to ask if you need further assistance.

Hello! I bought the new rog game laptop. It preinstalled the win11, many software can't support by win 11. I am afraid if I downgrade to win 10, will it harmful to my laptop( I think the new version graphics cards and memory maybe more match with the win 11). Hope to receive your reply! Thanks!
