Any way to get back old Groove Music player ?

I do really dislike the new Media Player app which has merged Movies&TV and Groove Music. Is there any way to get back the old Groove Music player separetely from the new Media Player ? The interface was way much better and I don't need Media Player to play videos.

    I hate this new heap of **** media player as well, I use Films & TV for video and used groove music for music, but this heap of **** just has to go, it's just useless, especially for playlists and using repeat track, you can't hit next track on the keyboard when gaming at the end of the playlist because hey, the **** who made the stupid heap of **** decided so you can't hit next, which in groove music would take it back to the start of the list, it seems to me that Microsoft has gone just that, really micro and soft

    what idiot (and i really mean it, they're just idiots) decided groove music wasn't viable anymore? because I'd like to introduce their face to a brick, repeatedly until they get the fracking point of not screwing with stuff that isn't broken and works fine.

    I've spent years manually adding album covers that Groove couldn't and my library was finally looking complete with over 20,000 tracks no album covers missing. The new media player can't even read the information in many of my folders, and many albums are all chucked in unknown album unknown artist.
    The new media player is absolutley hopeless. No one needs another video library and video player. I really hate Microsoft . They ruin things over and over again.

    Yes, there was an update, and Groove Music was replaced by a new media player, which sounds good, but isn't working as it should.
    I use it for all my local files, and had got Groove music well organised with no missing album covers, after many years work. The new media player can rarely find an online album with the album cover, and won't let me add my own album covers. That funcion is broken. Many albums it just could not read and organise, so I have many tracks by unknown artist of unknown genre in unknoiwn album. Why can they not write new software that works as well as the old software ? Hopeless !
