I’m online, but YouTube keeps saying you’re offline. Can anyone suggest me how to fix it?

It sounds like there may be a connectivity issue on your end. Please make sure you have a stable internet connection and try again. If the problem persists, you can try restarting your device or clearing the cache and cookies of your web browser.

If the above methods don't work then you can read this article to solve youtube offline issue.

This was driving me CRAZY!!!! - THIS worked: Settings>General>VPN &Device Management >VPN > tap VPN (it will either say connected or not connected) - This will take you to DEVICE VPN tap that THEN you will see , "Connect On Demand" TURN THAT OFF -- After DAYS of trying to figure it out this actually WORKED!!

You might try going to your browser settings, find the privacy and security group, locate the cookies and manage the data, then clear only the cookies for any yahoo.com entries. I found that they can cause this exact problem and clearing them allows the site to work properly. If you see the youtube web page taking a long time in attempting to load, this resolves that also.

Are you using broswer that is not Chrome? I have the same issue with Brave broswer but not with Chrome. I starte thinking that this is an issue that Google created purposely. Because I started using Brave browser two months ago and started having this issue a month before.
