Windows 10 USB unable to install onto a (ASUS motherboard) custom built tower

DISCLAIMER FOR FORUM MODERATORS: Please do NOT close this thread the moment you see it. I have already gone to both Reddit and the Manjaro forums for assistance on this and yet both times I have either received absolutely no response or the thread gets closed despite it's relativeness to the forum topic at hand. I see little reason why this should be closed quite frankly as I am merely trying to install Windows 10 OS onto a fresh system and all I'm asking for is help on troubleshooting the problems regarding it.

I just put together a custom-built tower a few days ago with a friend of mine and got everything working all the way into boot and now all I have to do is install windows onto one of my NVME drives on it and then install the other NVME drive onto the motherboard and create a partition on another for Manjaro (an attempt at dualbooting, basically), but I have been unable to get Windows installed because every time I try, either the USB goes undetected or it shows up a terminal-like screen on the monitor (black screen with blinking underscore).

I am running an ASUS motherboard on the custom built and have tried setting the boot priority to both UEFI and non-UEFI drive options given by the USB and setting secure boot to “Other OS” as well as something called Windows UEFI (or similar, can’t remember the exact name). With every given possible combination given those parameters whilst leaving everything else on default it just won't go into the installation properly. I've even tried making sure both the boot 1 and 2 options are the UEFI and non-UEFI versions of the bootable USB with the NVME drive at 3.

I am trying to install this without being forced to use secure boot every time though, since from what I understand there is some kind of bug or feature from Windows that prevents users from booting into a Linux distro on the same system (but I could be wrong).

I was using Manjaro KDE plasma to flash the USB before trying to install it onto the custom built using this method:

    Hi Cristopher,

My name is Igor, it's a pleasure for me to help others and I'll do all my best to help you.

Sorry, I did not understand what exactly happens when you install Windows and what is your problem.

Please note, Windows 10 may be installed to MBR disk if CSM option is available in the BIOS.
