    Hi Alaa,

What you are feeling is a very very small electrical current that is going through your hands and out your bare feet into the tile floor. Some people are more sensitive to this than others.

I have a Huawei matebook x pro and I get the same feeling when I use it at my house in Indonesia with bare feet on a tile floor. A simple test is to just raise your feet off the floor and the feeling will go away.

This also occurs with my Sony TV if I touch the metal frame or any other laptop with a metal case.

When I am at my house in the USA I don't have this problem because my floor has a rug under my feet.

    Hi alaa,

I'm Dyari. Thanks for reaching out.

Do you feel the vibration if you boot into BIOS while your laptop is on charge?

If yes, I am sorry it is more hardware related issues rather than Windows issues. Since it happens when it is on charge, it is best not ignoring it and I suggest contacting Huawei support services or taking your computer to a repair shop for hardware checks.

Please let me know if you need further assistance and keep me updated.
