How do i create windows live id with my existing microsoft account?

I tried to sign up for a windows live id using this link "https://signup.live.com/?lic=1". But i received this error message "** is already a Microsoft account. Please try a different email address." I removed the email address for privacy reasons. I want to create a windows live id with the email used in the existing Microsoft account. How do i go about it?

    I am Jaspreet Singh.

    A windows live ID is the same thing as your Microsoft account. You donot need to create it again simply use your Microsoft account credentials where you wish to sign in with your windows live ID.
