Hi, thanks for the reply and I have run the windows health checker to make sure I met the requirements.
How to upgrade to windows 11 on ASrock motherboard?
I recently tried to upgrade to windows 11 from 10 and used the installation assistant. Everything was working fine until the last bit and a screen appeared saying reboot and select proper boot device. I met the system requirements by enabling TPM and secure boot. After I rebooted, it reverted to windows 10 and I tried once again but the same outcome happened. Is there any fix for this or am missing anything?
Btw I am using an asrock motherboard and have bios on UEFI mode.

Have you run the Windows Health checker to make sure the computer is able to upgrade to Windows 11? There are several more requirements other than the TPM.
Here is a link to the Windows health checker.

2023-03-30T08:28:56+00:00 Did you receive an upgrade link on your computer?
After you do the health checker, Microsoft will send you a link for you to upgrade to Windows 11. This link will usually arrive on your computer upgrade page in one to two days after running the health checker.
This like will automatically upgrade your computer with the build your computer needs. You would not lose any information on your computer.
Please check to see if you have the upgrade link.
Please type Update in the search and open the page.
Check to see if you have the upgrade link.
I need to sign out for now. Other users will be able to assist or I will respond when I can.
Best Wishes,
Cindy.

2023-03-30T07:55:02+00:00 I would suggest creating a new installation media.
This should fix the problems you are having. You will want to make sure you have backed all of your files.
I have enclosed a link below where you can download the clean version of Windows 11.
You will need a formatted, empty USB Drive with at least 10 GB of space.
Click on Create a Windows 11 installation media. Then follow the prompts.

There are pointers at the bottom of the page.
Please let me know if you have questions or problems as I am here to help.
Best Wishes,
Cindy
