How to remove an administrator account on Windows 11?

I recently bought a laptop with Windows 11 from a private seller and the old administrator account is still on the laptop. How do I remove a administrator account from the laptop and use my own account as the administrator?

    You need to create administrator account and then login to it.

    Then remove old admin account:

    Please try creating a new local administrator account first

    After that, login to the new administrator account

    Press Windows key+R to open Run then type: netplwiz

    Press Enter

    Find the old administrator account in the list then click Remove

    Click Yes
