I just need to start over. The answer needs to be specific to Windows 11 because the advanced language options and the ShapeCollector have been removed.
My sister has used the handwriting successfully for about a year on her surface pro 8. Recently she has commented that as she writes with the pen, there are several instances where she needs to correct the recognition of certain word and letters. An example is the letter "t" is not correct in several of the words she writes. She is using handwriting for only casual / routine letters and numbers; some excel, but mostly email and to do lists. no special marks or symbols. Her script is perfect so if we removed all of the "learned files" and started over I believe it would be fine for her.
I've seen references to the shapecollector.exe that was use in windows 10 and removed in windows 11. If that is gone and I can't correct recognitions I wanted to simply start over and let the recognition process re-learn her handwriting. That process seems to be so good that I no longer needs sample sentences to begin the recognition process.
If there a file or several files in the "ink" folder that I can delete and force the handwriting to simply learn her script again from the beginning?

That only clears the dictionary. this is a question about the handwriting recognition. When she writes, the recognition sometimes is incorrect so i want to have the recognition start over from scratch and relearn all her script.
i can see how an errant item in the dictionary could have been the answer, but in this case it wasn't. just to be sure, there where only 7 entries and i did successfully clear the dictionary but it did not solve the issue. i believe in a recent update Microsoft dropped the Shapecollector module and i believe that is what i need to correct a specific shape that the recognition has learned. But clearing the entire learned recognition would be fine.

If you just need to reset your personal ink writing information, you can go to Start - Settings - Privacy and security - Ink writing and typing personalization - custom dictionary - clean your custom dictionary, click on it and it will be deleted, wait for it to show“√”the deletion is completed right now.
If anything is unclear, please do not hesitate to let me know.
