what happens if i uninstall "Realtek Audio Driver" from "Apps & Features" or "Programs and Features"

i accidentally did this and I really need to install it back. I've downloaded so many different Realtek audio drivers but none of them worked pls put the link to the best Realtek audio driver for Windows 10 pls

Yes. You will lose all audio on your device.
I suggest not uninstalling Realtek Audio Driver.

Hi I uninstalled the realtek app but then installed it again by searching realtek windows 11 and try to set up everything again but I only have the speaker as an output option with no headphones option or spatial sound option available. When I try turning my spatial sound it does not let me and I used to have the windows sonic for headphones but is not there anymore. I can only hear the speaker but not any headphones or Bluetooth earbuds for sound. I tried updating every sound device in device manager but does not change, I tried uninstalling again and redownloading but is the same. I don't know what to do to have my headphones noise again.

Hi. I'm plugging my headset into the two ports at the front, so, earphones and microphone. It will only set the first thing I put in. I can only use it as a headset or microphone and not both. Please help. I would like to speak to my friends!
