I have a couple computers that need windows media player installed, but are not able to be connected to the internet at all. These computers are part of an air-gapped network that cannot reach out to the internet. How do I go about getting WMP on them?

The computers are running Windows 10 Enterprise 1903 OS Build 18362.356.

    Hi Joshua,

I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Open the old Control panel, not the Settings App

At the top of the old Control Panel, set view to icons

    Open Programs and Features

On the left, click Turn Windows Features on or off

In the resulting list, expand the Media Features section and you install WMP from there?

As expected, it threw an error indicating a failed connection, as this computer is not connected to the internet.

    Hi Joshua,

If you cannot find WMP in that list, there may be group policy set in Windows Enterprise to stop users installing the media player, do you have an IT dept. you can ask about that?
