    Hi Dannie,

I'm Dyari. Thanks for reaching out. I will be happy to assist you in this regard.

Kindly disconnect all unnecessary devices that are attached to your computer. Then, try the following methods to fix the issue:

1-Force the computer to shut down 2 times until you get windows Troubleshooting > Advanced Options:

    A-Startup repair.

B-If you have a system restore point, perform a system restore.

C-If you installed any updates recently, uninstall it

D-Click on Command Prompt > Type this command and hit enter:

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Once it finishes, type this command and hit enter:

    sfc /scannow

    Also try boot repair commands:

    bootrec /scanos

    bootrec /fixmbr

    bootrec /fixboot

    bootrec /rebuildbcd

E-If you have enabled fast boot in UEFI Firmware, disable it:

    https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/21284-enabl...

F-Reset this PC > Keep my files.

2-If it did not help, create a bootable USB of Windows 10 and boot your computer with the USB:

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/cre...

On the installation window, click on repair and try the options provided in step 1.

After that, check if it fixed the issue or not.

3-If the issue is still unfixed, perform a clean install:

Be noted that you have to install the same Windows edition that was running on your computer in order not to face Windows activate issues.

If you have important data, try to rescue them:

Please let me know if you need further assistance and keep me updated.
