Does anyone know where I can get a upc_r2_loader64 file?

I can't find any anywhere.-

That's all good, you're using the built-in Windows Defender.

    Contact the software vendor for additional support on this as their app is not written well enough to install without this error:

    Run System File Checker/DISM in WIndows 11:
