2023-04-17T08:59:01+00:00 Hi there! I hope you are well. My name is, Zadee. I'll try my best to help you today.
I want to clarify your concern, for now, so I can accurately provide an answer to it.
Are you trying to reinstall your network driver and getting a policy block?
If possible can you take a screenshot of that policy block, please?
Thank you.

2023-04-15T15:51:59+00:00 Hi Heinz,
Its a pleasure to help you with this,
To deactivate this is quite simple, a step by step below:
First-Press (Windows + R) to open "Run", type "gpedit.msc" in the "Run" box and hit Enter.
In "Local Group Policy Editor" go to "Computer Configuration">"Windows Settings">"Windows Settings">"Local Policies">"Security Options" tab.
After that, look for the policy called "Network Access: Disallow anonymous enumeration of SAM accounts and shares" and double-click on it.
Select the "Disabled" option, after that click "Ok to save your changes".
After that you can close the tabs and restart your computer.
After restarting, try to install the service on the network card again, and see if the policy prevents its installation.
Yours sincerely,
Elaine
