Can I create a Windows 10 USB Media Creation tool from a Chrome OS computer? I am trying to Install Windows 10 clean install on another computer that had Windows 10 installed on it.

    No, you don't. If you access

    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

    with Chrome OS, the page is smart enough to not offer an executable file, but an iso.
