- Press and hold the Shift key on your keyboard and click on the Power icon in the bottom right corner of your screen.
- Click on Restart while still holding down the Shift key.
- After your laptop restarts, click on Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings > Restart.
- After your laptop restarts again, press F5 or 5 to select Safe Mode with Networking.
- Once you’re logged in to Safe Mode with Networking, you can try logging in to your Microsoft account again.
