Hi Lindita! I'm sorry to know that you are still having issues.

    1. Go to another device and sign in to your Microsoft account.
    2. Select “Devices” from the menu on the left-hand side of the screen.
    3. Find your laptop and select “Show details.”
    4. Select “Manage” under “Device options.”
    5. Select “Remove” under “Reset PIN.”
    6. Follow the instructions on your laptop to reset your PIN.

If that doesn’t work, try logging into safe mode.

    1. Press and hold the Shift key on your keyboard and click on the Power icon in the bottom right corner of your screen.
    2. Click on Restart while still holding down the Shift key.
    3. Select “Safe Mode with Command Prompt” and press Enter.
    4. Type “net user administrator /active:yes” and press Enter.
    5. Restart your laptop and log in with the administrator account.
    6. Create a new user account and copy your files to the new account.
